Stops photos and videos you receive from being saved to the iPhone Photos app. They stay inside WhatsApp. ### Set Save to Camera Roll for one chat Open a contact's or group's info screen and set Save to Camera Roll to Default, Always, or Never for that chat only. ## Method 2: Hide WhatsApp photos already in your camera roll Pictures you saved from WhatsApp are ordinary photos in the Photos app. Hide them there: 1. **Open Photos** Find the WhatsApp photos you saved. 2. **Select them** Touch and hold a photo, or tap Select and choose several. 3. **Hide** Tap Hide (in the More menu when several are selected) and confirm.
